Currently studying Business Management at Manchester University, Jasmine brings fresh energy and dedication to her role as our Trainee Practice Manager. Having recently completed her A-Levels, she is eager to apply her knowledge and grow within the healthcare sector. Jasmine is committed to supporting our team and ensuring a smooth experience for all patients.

Julie Nuttall

Receptionist

Julie joined our team in May 2019, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her impressive 25-year career at Barclays Bank. Her professional background has equipped her with valuable skills that she applies daily in her role. Having lived in France for a time, Julie has embraced the charm of Sedgefield, where she now enjoys the close-knit village life. She takes great pleasure in being an active member of the community, often lending a helping hand to local initiatives. At our Sedgefield Practice, Julie is the friendly face at the reception, always ready to assist and welcome visitors with a warm smile.

Barbara Brown

Barbara has been an integral part of Platts Physiotherapy for many years, and we were delighted to welcome her back to our Sedgefield practice in the summer of 2020 after a brief break. With a wealth of experience and deep knowledge of our operations, Barbara plays a key role in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly.

Her professionalism, combined with her warm and approachable demeanor, makes her a trusted point of contact for both patients and staff. Whether you have questions about our services or need assistance during your visit, Barbara is always happy to help.

Nicola is a key member of our team, seamlessly managing both back-office tasks and front desk duties at our Belmont and Sedgefield practices. While she is a qualified midwife, Nicola is currently taking a career break from her profession and has brought her expertise and organisational skills to our clinic. Her ability to balance administrative responsibilities with patient interactions ensures the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. Always approachable and efficient, Nicola is committed to providing a positive experience for every patient.
